When I made it to the speaker, all the girl said was Go ahead , which should 've been my first red flag. I proceeded with my order and paid for it she still didn 't speak or thank me, which was still fine as I was hungry. However, when I opened my food the rolls were so smashed together I thought it was only one and literally had to check my receipt. After pulling apart the poorly made lobster rolls and room temperature french fries, I proceeded to call the restaurant to speak to management but got no answer. I will not be going back to this Captain D 's for a long time, if ever...
Every time I come here during the lunch hour there?s always mess! And how come if you order a baked potato with no bacon you get only bacon! Everyone doesn?t eat pork! Things cost too much for the same service from before prices went up
Today is 8/11/22 went through drive-thru between 1:00 and 2:45 pm. The food was excellent. We ordered 2 Deluxe seafood platters. Baked potato soft well cooked, fish crisp outside cooked well inside, slaw cold and crunchy, hush puppies delicious. Manager working window with 1 other employee. They were SHORT STAFFED; GOOD SERVICE WITH TASTY FOOD. DIDN'T MISS ANYTHING IN THE ORDER. CUDOS. GET THEM SOME HELP SO I CAN KEEP COMING TO CAPTAIN D'S. THANK YOU TO THE STAFF ON DUTY TODAY. EXCELLENT!!!!!!
My experience was real good I bought fries 24 shrimps ???? and I love the bread sticks could yall bring the lobster bites back
I usually don't make reviews.The employees have the worst customer service. Why don't they say? Welcome to Captain D's. May I take your order? They made my order incorrectly. The lady acted like it was my fault. Most of the women who work there have very bad attitudes including the manager. Someone needs to properly train these people. I like Captain D's but this one needs help. They can not serve a small amount of customers in a timely manner.. The restrooms are nasty. The managers from the Corporate office need to save this restaurant before it gets worst. You should hire some shoppers to grade their experience at all of the Captain D's. Whitehaven customers deserve better food and superior customer service.
