I propose to update them to make it clearer for customers. they gave me the wing
I sat over an hour in the drive-duration line, for the employees to get up and ignore the massive line she had in her drive thru. I drive for a food supplier and they delayed my time and cost me money. if I could give 0 stars for my experience, I would.
I appreciated the server giving me a heads up about a particular menu item. It took a little longer to come out, but it was definitely worth the wait.
Clearly ordered 2 for $12. they were accusing $11.98 for 1 of them. waits too long for order. I tried to tell the window person several times, we have the wrong order. they have just closed the window
I went to this restaurant looking for a meal, but was informed that they were only accepting orders online. I placed an order, but when I provided the name of the order, they initially claimed someone had already picked it up. However, they later said they did not have any record of an order under that name. When I described the order - boneless wings, fries, and a drink - they said they did not have wings at the store. It is confusing how they can only accept online orders but do not have the items available. I paid for the order and now I am hoping for a refund. I do not recommend this place, as it seems disorganized. Update: They did charge us for the order, so we will be disputing it. Do not waste your time or money here.
