Clay's Smoked Tuna - Memphis

Been hearing about this spot so I had to try it out. Everything was cooked perfectly will definitely go back.

I ordered from the truck posted at Amazon on New Allen Road. The food was mediocre at best. Sorry guys! The lamb was way over cooked. Lamb shoub be cooked med to med rare if cooked almost well it should at least not be dry. Rice was dry. Asparagus was good. Not impressed. I waited so long to taste this food. I was let down. $20 not well spent. Thanks anyway.

I LOOOVE the side of smoked salmon from Clay's — perfect for a party! Also, he is so incredibly nice always an amazing smile and friendly service. True gem of a local business!

I'm a first time. I got my food at 1:40p instead of 12:30p, There were no protective tags on my plate, honestly I was scared to eat it. Since it was over an hour late and the person who delivered it NO MA'AM. I'll just go to location and order next time. We will say this time didn't count. And where my cabbage that's too much rice
