(I had previously done their specials before and knew this would also be good. dinner for two included soup or salad each, a huge 35 ounce tomahawk steak perfectly cooked and seared to a Medium Rare, two sides (I recommend the Brussel Sprouts! and two desserts. Our server was incredibly kind, attentive and treated us very nicely. Also the food runners, and other staff were very kind and helpful. The hostess called earlier in the day to confirm our reservation and I appreciated her call. Thank you for the wonderful night! Best steak in Memphis! (Also only remembered after eating a huge bit of the steak to take a picture.
Fantastic place to eat especially for a special occasion! Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and kind! The pork belly appetizer, crab cakes, and cocktail shrimp were amazing. For an entree we had dry aged steak and lobster tails, both of which were delicious. The brussel sprouts were the best I've ever had in my life. For dessert we tried the lava cakes and chocolate gooey cake, and we were so stuffed but glad we made room for it! We had a great experience here, and the food was just lovely.
This was our first time dining at this location and my goodness I was impressed. I had previous positive experiences at the other locations but this by far has been the best experience. Our server was Stacy and she was fantastic. She was positive and went above and beyond for us. We had the Filet Mignon and it was so tender and well seasoned. The chipotle cheddar Mac and cheese with lobster has always been our favorite. The Fleming’s Potatoes paired beautifully with the steak. We tried the the orange olive oil cake which was so incredible. The cake is moist and delicious. Needless to say this experience left us in cloud nine. We will be revisiting this location sometime in the near future. Thank you Stacy for being amazing. Update: We revisited this location and our experience was wonderful. We had the pleasure of being Cheyenne’s first table and she did a phenomenal job. After visit many other Flemings location, this has still been our favorite. Thank you for always going the extra mile for your guest. Every season that you visit, there is a season butter spread that are always so delicious. I cannot get enough of the truffles. The Filet Mignon is just perfection and how could I forget about the lobster Mac and cheese as well as the Fleming’s potatoes.
Lemon drop martini is amazingly good. Seared pork belly appetizer was delicious. Main filet mignon, butterfly with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach was good comparable to other restaurants of same degree. Creme Brule was fabulous. Overall 5 stars.
Last evening was very enjoyable. I've dined at Flemings in Memphis probably 1/2 a dozen times in the last couple years, and have found the restaurant to be above average but, in my opinion not at the level of a Folks Folly or Capital Grille with respect to the service. However I must say that last evening was at the same level as those restaurants. The service was attentive without being pushy and the various staff members that served us worked very well together as a team. And lastly although it didn't influence my previous comments, I left my wallet on the table and received a call from Carol the manager that she had it. When I drove back to the restaurant to get it, I was very encouraged to see that there was nothing in it disturbed or missing. Thank you very much.
