Flying Fish - Memphis

Service at the counter was friendly, however not really helpful. Jambalaya with shrimp and the lobster po boy were really good. Enjoyed it :

It was my first time visiting Flying Fish. The cashier was super knowledgeable of the menu. He answered all my questions. My only issue was when asking about the seasonings. He definitely underestimated the spicy of the snappy option. My food was so spicy. It almost looks overseasoned and tasted that way, too. My nose was running. The cashier said a little kick. I was a little disappointed I couldn't enjoy my food due to the fire in my mouth. The salad was fresh. The cucumbers and tomatoes were cubed rather big, but nevertheless, it was good. Alligator was bomb! ?

Delicious, fresh seafood! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!!

If I were a fish, I’d be glad to know I could end my days here! Seafood gumbo was good, enjoyed the shrimp po boy too. My wife’s shrimp tacos were fantastic.

Quick lunch while downtown and man was it quick. Ordered and grabbed a table and about 2 minutes after that, food was up. We were there right in the middle of prime lunchtime on a Friday so it was pretty impressive. I had the fish (Tilapia) Tacos and they were pretty tasty. Would definitely hit this place up again for sure ????
