Hard Rock Cafe Memphis

Overall, it was a good dining experience. My only complaint is regarding the Host, an older gentleman. He is abrasive, so having that be our first interaction upon walking into the restaurant was off putting.

The band was fantastic as was the food and service!

Got a seat inside because of rain, the food was amazing and the waiter was great, yet the music was not. I don’t know if they hired some local “artist” or just got someone from the booth, because they butchered every song they played. If you go here, don’t sit inside.

All the food and drinks were great except my steak. It was very tough and had alot of grissle. I could only eat about half.

Drinks were very slow to come out. Half of our dining experience the bar tender wasn’t anywhere to be found. The hostess was typically missing and guests waited to be greeted. Food was slow to come out and when it did it came out a little at a time, obvious that it had just sat waiting for a staff member to notice it. We saw a manager once. He came out to check the mail before exiting our view. We’ve made it a point to stop at the Hard Rock all over the country and this by far was the worst visit to one.
