Imagine Vegan Cafe is a fantastic option for all vegan comfort/diner fare. It's rare to find vegan appetizers like they have, so I got the sampler platter. The hush puppies were so tasty. The potato skins were also top notch. I got a beyond burger and it was delicious. The Mac and cheese was some of the best vegan mac I've had. The chicken nuggets were not as well received by the kiddos, but my oldest said they were pretty good. I thought they tasted great, kids arejust picky. I did get a GF s'mores cake for dessert which really could have benefited from some gluten. It basically fell apart, the texture just wasn't great. That's on me for picking a gluten free cake when I don't need glutenfree. Staff is super nice, order was ready on time, loved it.

I?ve eaten here twice while passing through the area, and it is a stellar restaurant. Had the chicken and waffles the first time, and the buffalo chicken sandwich the second time. Both full of flavor with generous portions, and the staff are always kind.
