Little Caesars Pizza - Memphis

Let me share my experience. I typically prefer not to voice my complaints, but this place was truly disappointing! I placed my order an hour in advance, but it took an additional two hours to actually receive it. When I attempted to cancel the order, the app kept insisting it was still processing. Today was the final straw for me with this company. I think it's time I give Papa John's a try instead.

The new management is friendly, but their command of English is limited. They should consider hiring at least one person who is fluent in English to manage the front counter, while the rest of the team can handle cooking and other tasks in the back.

The wait has been a bit long lately, but they handle it quickly, and the orders are prepared fresh as usual. The garlic parmesan wings are particularly good, so I have no complaints!

Very fast service! Had plenty of pies in the heater ready to go unlike the one where I live that always makes you wait because they don't keep up with their stock. This place had plenty of hard workers who kept ahead of the game, and the place was busy. Well done!

GARBAGE SERVICE! THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE FOR SERVICE! WORKERS HAVE AN ATTITUDE THE PIZZA QUALITY GETS WORSE!
