Mcdonald's - Memphis

Regardless of how long the lines may be, my food is always fresh. I understand that it can be frustrating when people are late for work, but the staff that shows up is quite good. The person at the window is always pleasant.

What a wonderful experience! My grandson and I had a little time to spare, and he wanted to eat a Pokémon. The staff was incredibly efficient and friendly. A big thank you to Amber and Lydia for making our visit so enjoyable!

I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, medium fries, and a medium Sprite. Unfortunately, both my sandwich and fries were cold. When I brought this to the attention of the staff at the window and requested a fresh order of hot fries, she seemed annoyed by my request. I didn't want to escalate the issue too much, but it was disappointing. Otherwise, I would have given this place 5 stars.

This McDonald’s had a nice trip with good hours. I'll say the line was a little long when I left, but it wasn't as bad as 5 minutes. otherwise the service was fast and it is mcdonalds so I don't think I need to describe anything else about it.

I previously left a 2 star last month or so, but credit needs to be given for major improvement. I went through the drive through around 6 on October 19. The workers were polite and fast. But whoever made the tea needs a promotion. That had to be the best tea I’ve had in a long while including homemade and restaurant. Good improvements!
