I waited in line for 30 minutes without making any progress, so I eventually walked up to the window to address my order. I had requested a burger without onions, but it came with them anyway. The woman at the window took my food and then returned to say that it didn’t have onions, despite me showing her the onions on the burger. She still refused to rectify the situation.
I went to order a large drink because I was really craving a Coke from there. I understood that the lobby was closed, but no one answered at the drive-thru speaker, even though I was the only car in line. I waited a few minutes, hoping someone would respond. Eventually, another car pulled up behind me, so I decided to leave. As I was driving off, I noticed an employee out front smoking a cigarette. I couldn't help but shake my head. This was around 8:30 PM.
The service at this restaurant is exceptionally fast. The staff are attentive and professional, ensuring a great dining experience. The place is consistently clean; it’s always spotless when you walk in. The food is excellent, exactly what you would expect from a multi-billion dollar company.
It's always crowded but it's what's on my way to work. It feels like they pay more attention to drive-throu orders. The touchscreen kiosks are out of paper que often and the people are busy in the kitchenFood: 4/5
