The staff’s attitude could also use some improvement; they often seem annoyed when I make a request. Moreover, the speed of service needs attention. While I understand that it’s fast food, that shouldn’t mean the food is stale. Freshness is key! I also feel that the management needs to focus on better projections. For example, if you know that you’re selling around 75 Big Macs during the lunch rush, you should be prepared for that demand. I don’t live far from another fast-food option, but I would gladly drive a bit farther if it meant receiving quality food and service. At this point, I might just head to Kroger instead.

The staff on the night shift is unkind, unmotivated, and very slow. It makes you wonder why they aren't earning $15 an hour. There is a complete lack of professionalism!

I visited this restaurant two nights in a row and had high hopes, but was disappointed both times. On the first night, I waited about 35 minutes, and on the second night, it was around 15 minutes just to place my order. Unfortunately, I ended up running late for work. I can't fairly rate the food since I never got the chance to try it, but the service seemed consistent with issues I've noticed in similar neighborhoods. I hadn't been here in years, and now that I've returned, I understand why I stayed away. I won't be going back again!

I ordered 10 nugget Happy meals with french fries and apple slices, apple juice. I got 10 nugget Happy meals with fries and apple slices, apple juice hot and fresh. Thanks to the staff at this location. Shelby Dr and Getwell. The children enjoyed their meal. ????

Please do not come to this location.. It has tested every lick of my patience.. They always say the ice cream machine doesn't work. They are always understaffed no matter what time of the day. It was also something on my bottom bun of my chicken sandwich and they both had tough bread. I been in line along with other for an hour straight. They had the nerve to tell everyone and myself they cleaning the store but not closed however not taking orders. I caught them laughing and not doing any work while ppl still in line. Waiting this long with no hot nor fresh food will **** YOU OFF. I'm highly upset .
