Papa Johns Pizza - Memphis

My pizza was ordered at 8:15 o'clock at 8:30 o'clock and was stone cold when I took it up at 8:40. not even a bit warm, stinging like he had been sitting for hours. I did not order hot food during a power failure it expected to be stone cold! never had a papa john's experience like that. we always order from austin peay location and it is at point. Unfortunately, they have been without current since the power failure and we branched to the next place. mistkerl! that won't be back. total waste of money, gas and time. still I went into my cold house hungry.

Order was wrong on one of the pizzas..... also it was very bland and tasteless..... Than you try and pick up a slice and everything just slides right off..... papa John's has gone down hill doesn't taste good as it used to be...... I'm done with this pizza place

I tell them to call me and give proper delivery instructions. Didn’t receive a call nor did they leave it on the front porch like I asked. This isn’t the first not second or even third time this has happened. I’m tired of this. They don’t listen to simple clear instructions and it makes me wan to quit ordering.

Took them 5 minutes to pick up the phone, when they finally did they said one thing and then never said anything again although I ordered and kept saying hello. Sad to see how slaw restaurants in this city have become.

The dipping sauces and sodas are always outdated. They need to check dates FIFO (first in first out). It makes me question if their toppings are out of date.
