Red Lobster - Memphis

Food: 4 stars Service: 3 stars We had a disappointing experience with our server who was not attentive and communication was lacking. We ended up waiting for around 20 minutes before our order was taken.

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The endless shrimp option is one of my favorites, and I also tried a dish that was not on the menu - grilled chicken over a bed of rice with a loaded baked potato. The dinner was delicious and the service was excellent! I will definitely be returning to this restaurant again and again.

I had lunch today and it was really fresh and delicious. The manager even helped clean my table so I could be seated quickly. Our waiter, Travis, was fantastic. Keep up the great work! #MemphisFoodie #BarCar #BarCarPromotions

Best day in a long time.....parents surprised us by traveling her to Memphis. Dad takes us out to eat at Red Lobster....unbelievable because he would normally be working on the weekends. We enjoyed some crab sticks, steamed broccoli, baked potato, veggies, salmon, shrimp, etc. Service was wonderful but I really dislike the dimmed lighting of the place. The appetizers were delightful an really enough for me ?

The salmon n rice was cooked perfectly n the beans crispy but my lobster bisque was too salty n the coleslaw was sourish...hopefully my next visit would get me better food. The waitress is nice n patient n helpful! TQ such nice staff!
