Ryu - Memphis

Being from out of state, it's hard to come around a good place that serves Pho, but this spot was spot on. Everything was so fresh and so flavorful. I would definitely recommend this spot for pho and sushi it was all delicious now the only thing that got us by surprise was that they added gratuity to my bill for a party of 2 I tend to give a good tip but usually I like to add it my self not like them adding it on their own.

This is seriously one of the best sushi spots in Memphis. Quick service and everything is always so delicious and fresh. Great spot for a quick lunch or a chill hangout with friends.

Sundays they only serve pho, so keep that in mind! Great sushi and service at this place. I've been here more often than anywhere else in the past month and they are so kind to put up with goofy companions. Highly recommend!

I have been a lover of sushi since I was a kid. As an adult who has to pay for his own sushi now I'm often skeptical due to portion sizes vs price. Ryu delivers on both portion size vs price and flavor! After trying 4 kinds of sushi, the fried godzilla rolls were my favorite. The kimchi pho was good. The broth had a slight sweetness I'm not accustomed to, which isn't a bad thing. everyone's pho broth is going to be different. But it felt like a lot of care and expertise was put into these dishes

Had a great experience here. Very quiet on a weekday at lunch time. The waitstaff were very helpful and knowledgeable about gluten-free options. I got the Memphis Roll and Edamami. Both were great. They had gluten-free soy sauce available to eat with the sushi. There were lots of plants inside the restaurant- it was cute. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free sushi rolls available as well as gluten free soy sauce
