Salad Expressions - Memphis

In short the chicken was uncooked. When I called I spoke to the owner which a very nice guy and I was told that on the next trip there my salad would be free however that’s not the resolution I wanted. I just wanted my money back because I won’t dine there again because now I don’t trust the food and it’s my lunch and I have to spend more money and find food elsewhere.Update:Thanks I received my refund.

Call and order and very nice lady comes out for your payment and order number. And returns with your food. Every short wait time.

The j chicken salad is my fav! The amount of food is worth 2 servings and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.

I have gone up here 4 times and every time I pull up they are closed for some random reason. There's been a note on the door once or twice. Maybe the hours need to be updated or something but I'm not wasting my lunch break driving up there anymore.

Best salads in Memphis. I haven't been disappointed yet. I order the Spanky Chef Salad. My 1st visit we ordered 2 had enough for 2 days. This is at least my 6 visit now I only order 1. We both eat may have a little the next day. Fast service , large portions great people. Hats off to chef LaMichael.They also give discount if you say Where Black People Eat
