Sammies Bistro - Memphis

Delicious Sunday night dinner. We had a party of 5. No reservations and dining room was full but we were able to get seated within minutes of arriving. Wait staff was knowledgeable and courteous. We were visited by Sam himself to make sure our dinner was to our liking. It very much was. Cioppino 4 out of 5 seafood was good but didn't speak to me Meatball 5 out 5 simply delish Steak and Frites 4.5 out of 5. Steak cooked steak To tobias and hand cut fries right out of the fryer and delicious Steak sandwich 4.5 out of 5. Perfect balance of steak peppers onions and bread Pork piccata 4.5 out 5. On recommendation from the waitress. Bread pudding 10 out of 5. Must have. They were out of a few items so make sure to get there early.

The curry chicken has a awesome flavor I've been searching for. I wanted to order several things off the menu, everything sounds so good. I thought my fries could have been cooked longer though

Great food! Great service! Fun atmosphere. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was their air conditioner doesn't work great. Like everyone in the country just about, it's warmer than usual right now so a little cooler air would have been nice! But we will definitely go back. The Asian salad was delicious and my husband loved the Chicken Bowl. Can't wait to try more dishes!

Great food, big serving, good service, outdoor seating overlooks the parking lot .... ugh! Triple D, would return, had grilled cheese, salad and tomato soup which was very good.

Great restaurant by our hotel! Two of us had the salmon (sauce on the side) and it was excellent! (4.5 stars) My husband had the pulled pork sandwich (4 stars) Older son had the spaghetti and meatballs (4 stars) Service was great and so was the food. Would recommend!
