Smoothie King - Memphis

The strawberries are old and soggy I lite but this bowl everyday since they have come out from many locat in the city and this was the by far the worst ever i have NEVER been given oldfruit and little to no peanut drizzle please just throw the fruit from the previous day way if it looks soggy and old

The Peanut Power Plus that I order was very watery and poorly blended! I had to eat it with a spoon because the ice chunks were too big to get through the straw ,defeating the purpose of a smoothie,

My bowlsbtypically look exactly like the picture. And where are my blueberries? I only added bananas.

Ordered through the app, waited until pickup time which was 3:55pm. My order was not ready upon arrival. I watched several walk-ins order and receive their orders before I received mine. After waiting in the store for 20 minutes I asked about my order, I was told it was being made. I left the store with my order at 4:24pm. It is unbearable to watch the incompetence. A few reviews suggest the store is understaffed, but I tend to think there is no training. On the other hand I believe I could get four homeless people off of Union Ave that could run the place better all by themselves. You should go once just to get a lesson on chaos.
