Contribuisci feedback1. She didnt bring my whole order. 2. She didn’t put marinara in the bag with my mozzarella sticks and then charged me for marinara sauce. Every time I have ever gone to sonic a marinara is offered with the mozzarella sticks but this time I had to pay extra to get one at all?
I pushed the red button at 4pm. It took 10-15 mins before my order was taken, which was 2 small blasts. I assumed they may be short staffed, so no worries. I paid and tipped via CC and waited, and waited, and waited. Had I not paid already, I would have left. At 4:50 I pushed the red button again. A male promptly answered. I politely asked him about the order I placed and told him I had been there since 4. He asked what I ordered and I told him 2 blasts. He then asked one turtle and one reeses? I said yes. No further response. About 5 mins later, Kaitlyn, the server according to the receipt, arrived. She didn't say a word. She just handed each blast and then the spoons, and then turned away. That was our correspondence. When I got home which is 2 miles away, I discovered they were both melted. To think I had even tipped for such poor service.
Probably one of the worst meals I’ve had from this location.. My chicken slinger was rock hard, like it was recooked and I got skimped on my fries. Not worth the damn price. I 100% will not be spending my money here ever again. I highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere!!!!
They brought my food real fast and they were so gentle.
Nasty attitudes. They don’t want to give you sauce that goes with your food. I came today to stall 16 the carhops attitude was nasty my food want right on top of them not giving the sauce for my food. My carhops name is Tasha I would advise her to change her attitude because the next customer may not be so nice. I would advise Sonic to hire people with better customer service this will be sent to corporate as well.
