Took my order for pickup on the app, but forced me into a very long drive through line. I had already paid, or I would have gone to another location. They gave me no option to cancel my order, and the Starbucks app made it almost impossible to lodge a complaint.

I ordered a Java chip frappuccino and I handed them a 4$ gift card and then my debit card to pay the rest of the amount, well they ended up charging it all to my debit card and not even used my gift card and didn't tell me, I would not recommend coming to this
