Subway - Memphis

Light experience in this location of Get well and Shelby Drive... The OWNER of the place itself took my order, and because I asked for my spinach to be cut off before it was put on the pizza like the Lord before me, I was told that I had asked too much and he had no time for it? Then he told me he wouldn't take my order and turn me out of the establishment. Pretty embarrassing? I'll never walk back into another SubWay... Thank you, but no thanks!

The food (if your sub is properly made) is fantastic but the customer service is very horrible! They act as if they really don't want to make your sandwich and they also lock the door 12-13 minutes before the closing time. I'm sure that management is not aware of this! There are people trying to get in in that Industrial Park area of all those warehouses trying to get something for lunch and they have lock the doors extremely early to prevent that from happening. Need more mature people with better customer service that's willing and wanting to do the job!

Is ok, not so happy about the fact that if you ask for salad tomatoes etc., they can put the smallest amount possible... If they're really busy because it's a busy street, but from my end I think I fit... I want to go to a subway that put the right amount, I've always gone to the subway, and this one hasn't been so good... The employees look crazy and don't like it... I demand more of everything and they still add, but very little... Like I asked a lot when they didn't even put enough. If the subway holds the amount they should have in the subway, I will buy the competition from there. Who loses?? People make sure you're worth your money, don't be afraid to ask more of everything... They should. No extra charge. Oh and by the way, I missed two meatballs, my subway is always full at the end and this time missing... I know. But what I hate most is when they talk while they make your sandwich so ridiculously enjoy. Even people, when they talk about your food, you don't have to eat it... decide your order. And yes, people can catch a deceased of someone's saliva. I should give them one? But I'll be kind and give the two?
