Subway - Memphis

Only 30 minutes are waiting in a line, because the workers are moving brighta slowly. When I finally got there, they don't have a Cheddar cheese and had only white bread and the worker didn't even kill or apologize when I asked. they never get a sandwich roasted when they come here, it stays cold no matter what. the half of the drinks was out of order and the sprit I got was only sodawater.

I was very displeased with my service. I am by no means a difficult customer so I was very surprised when being greeted with a bad attitude. This bad attitude continued for the duration of my finances and I’s ordering process from both female employees working. There’s a difference between having a bad day and just being flat out rude. Safe to say we will not be back. Hope this gets taken care of for future customers.

Had a beetle in my food. Didn't find it until it was in my mouth and a really intense odor filled my mouth and nose after I bit through the beetle. Here's the evidence. Subway is off the menu.

Went in for lunch the other day after placing my order online. It was very busy when I arrived, with at least 6-7 people in line. I patiently waited and when I got to the front, not a single employee acknowledged I was even there. I proceeded to the end of the counter, and still was ignored. I finally got the attention of the manager and said I was picking up an online order. He fumbled with a few bags and found my sandwich, which was done before I even got in the store, some 7-10 mins. earlier. They have an Online Pickup shelf that they don 't even bother using. I could have come in, picked up my food, and been on my way. When I finally got my meal and a drink cup, more than half of the soft drinks were only dispensing carbonated water. This store is in dire need of training and help.
