Taqueria El Panza - Memphis

I LOVE the color of this truck (neon green is my jam) and I really like the way the truck is set up with the menu in both English and Spanish. Unfortunately, I wasn't really that impressed with the food itself. The food comes out on a plate, which isn't the sturdiest, and the tacos were all just ok. They might've just been having a bad day so I'll have to try again another day but none of the tacos stuck out to me as being particularly great. Ok: Taco: Al Pastor Taco: Carnitas Taco: Pollo

I think the taqueria is called the paiza, not the pansa hahahaha, anyway the empanadas or quesadillas are good and warm if you're in a hurry and don't have lunch then that's a good place

Very good food, hot and fairly quick, the best handmade tortillas I've had here in the Memphis area.
