Contribuisci feedbackThis review is not for the food. The food is wonderful along with many of the staff. If you ever have the opportunity or an invitation to try the Sunday brunch, please do. You will not be disappointed for it is one of the best in Memphis. The new chef they have is magnificent and he creates several new entrees and desserts for the brunch that the Crescent Club has been lacking in the last couple of years. This review is strictly regarding the management and accounting. Over the last three years my wife and I have been members, we have experienced problems receiving our referral incentives on our account. There have been several times someone else with a similar last name has been billed for our lunches, brunches, etc. We have had to bring it to the office 's attention. There was a change in management two years ago that was horrible for one year. Eventually those certain managers were let go. However, as nice as the new manager is, he is incompetent and full of empty promises. Our bill has been incorrect for several months. We called more than half a dozen times only to leave messages that were never returned. The only time it seemed we could discuss these concerns were after brunches with our friends and family when we saw the manager. Time and time again we were told they would be handled and/or corrected with a new billing sent out. Instead we received a late notice from the corporate office threatening to suspend our membership. We were told to ignore the letter by the manager. After coming to an agreement on what to pay (because honestly by this point, the accounting was so screwed up it would have taken a forensic accountant to figure this out) and writing a check to bring the balance to zero, our next bill had a late fee on it. Where did this come from when we haven 't even been there in over a month? I think the problem goes deeper than this. I suspect there is embezzling going on at the Crescent Club and if you are a member and reading this review, I strongly urge you to check your statements carefully. My wife and I resigned this month from the Crescent Club after three years. We have had enough of the incompetence. Elementary school children could do a better job at this point when it comes to the management. Sadly, we will miss seeing the staff my wife and I have come to know these last three years but we cannot trust the management or the accounting anymore to do what they say they will do. It 's not worth the headache.
Absolutely wonderful!! Each time we have had the opportunity to dine at the Crescent Club, it has been an over the top experience! The atmosphere, the view from the top floor of the Crescent Center, the staff and the food all make for a perfect dining experience. Tonight we had: coconut shrimp, filet mignon, tilapia with artichokes and crab meat, chocolate molten bundt cake and chocolate pecan pie. I LOVE food! Wonderful food gives me a euphoric feeling and definitely gave me that feeling tonight. The Crescent Club is a private club but with membership gives access to restaurants and golf courses across the United States; as well as, a few overseas locations.
Attended an event at the Crescent Club food was delicious and the service was excellent. Parking was sufficient. Rooms were beautiful that we utilized.
Dined here for dinner. Angie was our hostess and she was real sweet. I met the brother who was a chef and he was equally kind. We ordered the steak and lobster and it was deeeeelicious. Will go back when in Memphis again.
Dinner tonight was great. The chicken was so tender and delicious. The atmosphere and service was great as always.
