Tops -b-q Jackson - Memphis

I 've only eaten at Tops once before a few years ago. Crazy thing is, I lived off Jackson and Dunlap for over 20 years and never went to this location before now!!

The young lady at the drive thru was amazing. Top-notch customer service. Even though there was a wait my double cheeseburger was great.

On my trip cross country, I had to stop in Memphis for some of that highly touted BBQ. I asked a random local what place was the best, since I wanted an honest opinion, not some online reviews to wade through. They said Tops was the best, and it did not disappoint. Not only was the food amazing, but the employees were very kind, and they included food that they didn't have to. I am now in New York, but still thinking about that amazing food in Memphis! Btw, if the line isn't moving, don't take off. The food is fresh and well worth the wait. There's a reason a stack of cars is always lined up there. Go get some Tops! ps and add that turnover!

The food was great I just didnt like the sauce personally other than that I got the bacon cheeseburger meal and the BBQ platter with pulled pork beef shoulder and ribs plus 2 sides of your choice. In the south they put Bbq sauce in the beans everywhere just an fyi.
