Torchy's Tacos - Memphis

When this place first opened up, we were all very excited and decided to give it a try. It was honestly quite disappointing. It is very expensive for mediocre tacos. Their queso isn't bad, but nothing unique. The tacos were not authentic at all, which is fine, but for the cost of them, I would prefer to go to Taco Bell instead.

The Food 8/10 I got the Democrat and the fried Avocado and the Avocado was Amazing but the democrat is what they actually are look good but ones you try it you think this is mildly repulsive Eat the democrat first before eating the second item you got. Try this place out it's pretty good

We decided to go for a casual date night . The entrance is beautiful with an eye catching sign . We didn't have any problems parking . An available space was open in the front . They have a patio area , bar and dining area . We decided to sit at the bar . The bar area was not clean with several glasses from prior patrons . The bartender was nice but a bit inattentive. The menu had an array of tacos. I ordered the chicken fajita taco . My husband ordered the shrimp tacos . They were tasty and a good portion of food . The drinks were just okay .

Whether you're in the drive thru or decide to walk in... the staff is outstanding and will get you right! I absolutely recommend their queso!! It's my favorite ever! Sometimes I order some just for an appetizer at home
