Wendy's - Memphis

I went to wendy today to get a chicken sandwich and a vanilla frosty. the ordering process was so easy. I didn't have to wait long for my order. the employee who served me was kind and helpful. my order was delicious, the chicken sandwich and the vanilla frosty. at this time a small frost is only 50 cent. what a deal! good service and eat, they can't beat it.

I mean, it's pretty much what they would expect from a wendy’s, with delicious eating to amazing trips. not the best for the health-conscious, but that by the way, their pommes are amazing and their chicken nuggets are just as well. only 4 stars, because sometimes the chicken bugs are a bit dry, and we had cases where they have forgotten about our order. Remember to check their bag before they drive away.

I have to say, the service at this restaurant was fantastic—truly top-notch. I do have one suggestion: please add more variety to the music. They seem to play the same four or five songs, which makes it feel like time is standing still. Other than that, the service was excellent. The team at Wendy really knows how to please their customers—kudos to them!

Around 2:30, I decided to go inside to place my order because the drive-thru line was too long. Shalisa R. took my order and I asked for a Number 1 with everything, no mayo, and a natural lemonade with no ice. I emphasized that I wanted a natural lemonade without ice. However, when she brought me my drink, it had ice in it. I pointed out that I had requested no ice, and she loudly responded that I hadn’t said that. Her tone was quite harsh, and it was as if she was yelling from across the street. I didn’t have the energy to confront her about it. I really hope Shalisa R. learns to handle customer interactions better in the future; a simple "Sure, no problem, I'll fix that for you!" would go a long way. I also hope her days improve because some customers might not be as forgiving. Despite this experience, I do love Wendy's food!

This is likely the least impressive Wendy’s in town. The food consistently falls short compared to other locations. For example, tonight my fries were soggy and lacked any salt, making them taste like they had been microwaved. There's always some issue here.
