Every time I go to this restaurant, they always lock the doors and give the same excuse about their short-staffed employees. This is not acceptable because the line is always long and customers end up waiting in the cold. This is not a good experience for me or the manager.
The staff at this restaurant allowed multiple cars to wait in the drive-thru for an extended period of time, only to inform each customer that they were only accepting online orders. The employees were unable to efficiently turn customers away. It was possibly a fortunate decision that they did not prepare my food.
I was the only person inside, and no one recognized me when I came in. I stood there for over five minutes before someone commanded me. one of the workers did not notice that I stood there when he went and took a chickening-ugget with his bare hands to eat. they have fixed without gloves food. the drinking machine was dirty.
Usually the service is great and the food is hot. Today must have been a bad day. I was asked 3 times what I wanted to drink. 2 sprites and a Dr Pepper. Well I got 3 what tasted like Sierra mist. I return one for the Dr pepper and it tastes horrible. My fires was cold and the sandwiches was not hot at all. I come to this location because of how fast they move the line. Not sure what's going on, but I hate to stop coming to this location.
