Wendy's - Memphis

The customer service was outstanding. The drive-thru cashier had a wonderful personality. However, the nuggets and fries were cold. I ordered four Sprites but received two Sprites and two Dr. Peppers instead.

I went through the drive-thru, and the food was cold. The drink was flat and lacked flavor.

There are bad experiences, and then there's this restaurant. It's almost amusing how unprofessional, rude, unfriendly, and disorganized the staff and the establishment are. I would recommend avoiding it at all costs unless you find enjoyment in terrible experiences. It's hard to believe they are still in business given the way the employees treat their customers.

While the staff is very polite, they often seem unavailable to take orders.

Stopped by an hour before they were supposed to be closed and sat in the drive thru for 10 mins with no response. I could see there was workers inside, called twice and no answer. Garbage.
