Branding Iron Bbq Steak House - Mena

The Branding Iron has closed permanently as of the first week of July, 2023. I was unable to locate a way to mark this restaurant as closed on Yelp.

The ribs had an overwhelming smoky flavor, and the ribeye was tough and undercooked, not medium rare. Our dog enjoyed their leftovers for two days. The appetizer trio was delicious, especially the onion petals.

I recently had dinner at this restaurant and rated the food, service, and atmosphere 4 out of 5.

The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was excellent. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all 5 out of 5 stars.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. The quality has significantly declined. The service was extremely slow. One customer ordered a baked potato but received dried out mashed potatoes instead, with no option to replace it. They gave us cold fries instead. When we brought this up to the staff, they didn't seem to care. On top of that, the steak was overcooked and tough, and the beans were cold. We didn't have any silverware and when we asked for some, we were given wet silverware. There are plenty of other dining options in Mena. Don't waste your time or money here.
