Country Express - Mena

Breakfast. Just have breakfast there... with a group of 4 of us, and all had very good taste, from omeletts to Fön toast, and sides of hash-browns and ham and sausage. Just a little slow with the Vittles, but worth waiting. As other criticism said, do not let the attitude deter you from going to his good.

Baked lunch for the family consisting of fish plates, cheeseburgers, frits and chicken strips. Everything was very good. It took about 15 minutes and was served hot.

My Fiancée said she wanted Catfish when she went to Mena City, AR. I drew the reviews and this small Gas Station Convenience Store was rated the best in Mena. I have to admit that we started going and going. But the lady at the desk was so friendly. She showed us the menu on the wall, and she said we were not disappointed. If my sweetie says she wants fish, we'll have fish with goats. We both ordered the two-piece dinner with all fixations. It was a little expensive I thought especially to look at the atmosphere was a 0. We waited and the food came out and WOW!! Cole Slav and Hush Puppies perfect. Fish was as good as I ever had and believe me I had a lot. Beans and French fries were average, but the pickled tomatoes were good, and the tea was great. I would give this 5, but atmosphere must be assessed for something. Believe me, I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again if I've ever been through this city.

Friendly staff, Great pulled pork, EXTREMELY CLEAN!

Just had Turkey and Dressing from Country Express. It was excellent!! A very friendly place, superior service.
