Mcdonald's - Menasha

I come here almost every day to get a large cup of black coffee. It's the best coffee in the area with always friendly staff.

I waited for 20 minutes in the drive-thru while using DoorDash because the doors were locked. When I finally reached the window and let them know I had arrived, they told me to drive around to the doors. Most of the employees, except for 2-3, were sitting in the dining room doing nothing.

Drive thru employee was very rude. The person who took my order specifically told me to go to window 2. Because of the line ahead of me I ended up stopped right at the first window (where you normally pay) for a minute or so. There was a lady in thatarea but she was busy doing something else and never approached the window. I didn't think much about it since I was told to goto the other one anyway. When I got to the pick up window, the girl working there asked if I paid at the first one. I told herno, nobody came to the window, plus I was told to come to this one. Without a word, she rolled her eyes at me, snapped my debitcard out of my hand, and stomped over to a register. Then she practically threw the bag of food at me and slammed the windowshut without saying a word. No thank you or anything! I was totally shocked! Even IF I misunderstood the person who told me togo to window 2, I was stopped at the first one for a long enough time that someone could easily have taken my payment there. Theattitude like it was my fault was extremely rude, unprofessional, and uncalled for.

Not a big fan of this McDonald's. Last few times eating here my fries are cold during lunch hour an when im paying .30 per cub of tater I'd like it to be fuller then a 1/4 of a 2oz that you only get a few fries worth also burger was definitely on the rareside compared to how they normally cook it. Not happy with my food

I had to repeat my order multiple times at the drive-thru speaker. Even at the first window, I had to explain it again. The staff assured me they had my order and asked me to pull up to the second window. Unfortunately, I had to repeat myself once more. When I got home and opened my bag, I found that my burger was undercooked, with pink meat in the middle. The service was terrible and the food was even worse.
