Tom's Drive In - Menasha

Ordered and extra dbl cheeseburger with my meal and never got it, Everytime I go to this location there's always something wrong with an order and you get the famous line of sorry we cannot refund you... But would you like to drive all the way back for it or pathetic coupon that's worth half the price! Pathetic honestly! Never going back to this location again!

This is the Second time employees forget to give me what I paid for. I arrived home ready to finally eat dinner to notice my food is not in the bag. I called and asked for a refund and was told either I get a coupon in the mail or drive all the back for my food. I Said I could stop by tomorrow which was denied. Then I said do I get my since I have to drive back or a kiddy cone or something to offset me spending more gas and more time for an error they made. All I got was a rude attitude and a fake apology. Here I try to not spend money on big corporate businesses and this happens. Thx toms!

I have loved Tom's since I was little. They have wonderful food and a friendly staff. I'd recommend their popcorn and ice cream if you're looking for a snack!

Went in after work today to get me some ice-cream in a cup with some sprinkles… asked for a small cup an for half a cup if that with ice-cream was handed to me “here ya go” not happy… on top of it I felt very uncomfortable with the glares as if they aren’t happy working there.

Toms is always a go to great food great prices service is a lil slow in the drive thru every time lol no matter what location but thats more than likely becuz they make it fresh so its worth the wait
