Pizza Hut - Mendenhall

Pizza was good. No issue with food. But the staff were a little stand offish and never said welcome, hey, be with you in a minute, or anything! They just kept working behind the counter and one even got pizzas and went out, I assume for a delivery, but walked right past me without saying a word. I finally (after about a 7-8 minute wait with no one speaking to me) was recognized and got my order that I had placed online. They are just not friendly at all.

Pizza was fixed perfectly, hot and ready when I arrived.

I was having trouble with the on line order going through. I called the store to confirm that my order would be as I intended it. The employee that answered the phone told me it had go e through with the toppings I named for them. Picked up a cheese pizza without the toppings i wanted added. Ejem i called them to confirm they informed me i only paid for a cheese pizza which was nice since they did not charge me for unrecieved toppings, but i still didn't get what i wanted since an employee basically lied to me. Not happy or impressed.

Pizza crust was very hard and did not seem fresh The end piece of the cinnamon stick was so hard I could not chew it up The edges of my pizza flip burnt This was my first time ordering from this Pizza Hut and I’m very disappointing
