Zampa - Mendoza

Wonderfully innovative fusion cuisine coupled with modern decor, smart and attentive friendly service. The portions are just right for a small plate wonder that allows all to partake in their creations instead of being stuck in one single choice. We tried spinach frittens with lemon and sunflowers, egg noodles with tomato and basil as well as salad with rice, olives and vegetables. The veal steak presentation was the most innovative I've seen so far, making an Argentinian staple rise up with a crispy potato and a grilled peach. Every single choice was a star in its own right. A must visit when you're in Mendoza. Strongly recommended to ensure your trip to Mendoza is complete.
