Boulangerie Roche/Fils - Ménerbes

Ne passez pas par Ménerbes sans avoir goûté aux Navettes...anis, lavande, figue, la liste des parfums est longue comme la rue Kleber Guendon !

This is the village's oldest bakery. It's odd really because by French standards their bread isn't very good. They're pleasant enough but nothing compared the the baker that used to be a the neighbouring Lumieres village

Stopped by several times for bread, groceries and even picked up one of their tote bags. The people who worked in their were wonderful!!

This is the famous bakery from Peter Mayle's books. Thefamily are iconic residents of Ménerbes and it is always a pleasure to go there andavour their fresh baguettes.

Une boulangerie de village comme on les aime. On y trouve pains, snacks et douceurs, mais également des produits d'épicerie pour dépanner. La famille qui tient cette boulangerie est accueillante et agréable, avec un grand sens du service.
