Great service and an amazing Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch! I ordered takeout, and for a meal type classified as "other," it was a fantastic experience. The price per person was between $10 and $20. I would rate the food 4 out of 5, the service 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere a perfect 5. I highly recommend trying the Strawberry Funnel Frappuccino!

The wait times here are the worst. I've experienced delays of 30 minutes or more just for a morning drink, even after placing a mobile order ahead of time. I've had to cancel my order on multiple occasions. I truly sympathize with the staff. Rating breakdown: Food: 2, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 2.
