The Habit Burger Grill - Menifee

I am quite disappointed with my recent visit. I generally enjoy The Habit as a casual burger option—nothing extraordinary, but usually a decent alternative to In-N-Out or Five Guys. However, today was a letdown. The service was unfriendly, and the lemonade was so bad that I ended up tossing it and ordering a Coke instead. The food was served cold, and the burger was excessively salty. It seemed like the food had been sitting around for at least 10 minutes while the staff tried to figure out which orders were for online and which were for in-store.

The service was friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed the delicious burgers and chicken sandwiches, and I was especially impressed by the new roasted garlic cauliflower—it was fantastic! However, I do think that charging $4 for a simple vegetable is a bit steep. Next time, I might just roast the cauliflower at home and buy the garlic sauce from Trader Joe's to save some money. As for parking, it wasn't an issue for me, but since there are many other restaurants near The Habit, it can get crowded at times.

Habit has gone downhill. The prices have nearly tripled since it first opened as a franchise extension, and the flavors just aren't what they used to be. They've started to imitate their competitors, whom I refuse to patronize. Honestly, I can make better burgers at home that are comparable to the current prices.

This place was great w/kind, patient and cooperative customer service. The food was cooked to order and the onion rings were made perfect! The calories are posted next to menu items to support waist observers! I will definitely return!

Typical burger, nothing special or extraordinary. Ordered the teriyaki burger and the meat you can taste but the teriyaki flavor is absent. Only visit this place when you want to pass up those famous burger chain restaurants you see everyday.
