Smart Cow - Menomonee Falls

I'm sorry Facebook wasn't originally entered as a post and not as a review. My husband and I visited this facility for the first time on the other day. I had seen the banner of Appleton Ave several times, but the name Smart Cow, and the words Frozen Yoghurt Bar sounded pretentious and expensive. When we came in, we were pleasantly surprised! The food is very colorful, fun, and child and family friendly to draw up children's height chalkboard tables for children. I was initially negative to the self-service, but sampling is welcome (small sample cups are easily available at the serving stations. And that means that you are not limited to ordering 1 taste. In fact, there are 16 flavors that change depending on season and popularity (a mixture of frozen yogurt, gelato and sorbet some without sugar added but all very delicious! The stations are furnished with 2 flavors each, and then to make things even more confusing and FUN there is a middle run that mixes these flavors together (if you choose to make another unique taste!!! Then to complete it, there are several blows that you can put in the end. The cashier weighs your creation at the end, and that determines the price. The rate is .43 per ounce. an average small cup weighs approx. 8 ounces; so, our cup corresponds approx. 3.50, but this was considered as a 1 serving, although we shared. Make sure that if you fill stop before you get the desired amount, as this is soft, there is still extra fall for the runout. Waffles are available for 1,00 extra, choose this instead of a plate before you start. There is even a way to have your creation mixed at the counter. The possibilities are endless!!! Bottom line, it was an affordable treat in a fun, family atmosphere!! There is also an outdoor area. You even have a program that you earn 1 point spent for each 1,00, with a free 8 ounces treat earned after 40 points. They are a great addition to the community as they donate some of their profits to local schools. We will definitely return to create unique treats and support this local business!

Cool place, always doing fundraisers for local schools and groups. Plenty of ice choices for toppings and frozen yogurt.

We miss having a place like this in town so when we found this place we knew we had to stop. Lots of fun flavors to have and combine. Toppings galore and all fresh tasting. Clean shop. Friendly staff. Can't wait to be back in the area to stop in the future.
