Waterlin Coffee Bar Bistro

I visited this restaurant for the first time and while the food was good, our drinks took 20 minutes to arrive. We were then told that they were out of the ingredients for one of the cocktails on the menu. It took another 10 minutes to get a second choice drink. The same situation occurred with our dinner order - we were informed minutes later that they were out of one of the main dishes. Despite these issues, we decided to give dessert a try and waited 30 minutes for them to arrive. The staff was friendly, but better communication about menu availability would have improved our experience.

I received exceptional service at this restaurant. Brody was extremely polite and provided excellent service. However, I was disappointed with the portion size and price of the fish fry. For $22, I received two small pieces of fish, fries, a roll, and a strange side of cabbage coleslaw. I found it to be quite expensive for the amount of food provided.

This was about the worst overpriced food I've ever tasted. Their prices are way too high given the quantity and quality of the food. The ribs were so overcooked, had to be cut off the bone, burned all over the meat so it had a terrible after taste of burnt food. The mashed potatoes were barely room temperature and had to ask for them to be made again. The vegetable was literally 3 bites of a so-called coleslaw. The waiter was excellent and we suggested he take his talents to a better restaurant! We went somewhere else afterwards to get something to eat. They'll never see me again.

You'll definitely enjoy the bartender Limon, excellent service and one of the best fish fries in the area.

I really enjoyed the from-scratch menu that the Chefs put so much time and passion into preparing for us.
