Wilma's Smokehouse - Menomonee Falls

The brisket and pulled pork are so amazingly tender. It's clear that no shortcuts were taken at all. Can't wait to visit again!

The meat is okay. Taste like its baked, not a true authentic smoke flavor in my opinion. The brisket was bland. The shoulder was pretty good. The rib tips would have been good if they were not so greasy. Otherwise, I prefer an authentic wood smoked flavor from a stick burner, not a giant oven that produces little smoke flavor with a few wood pieces.

Brisket was so tender I could cut it with a plastic fork. Portion size was enough for me to have yummy leftovers the next day too! I look forward to trying other menu items the next time. It was great!

Vegan friendly! Pull Pork BBQ from Jackfruit was delicious.

Sooo good, amazing prices and super fast service. They do take credit cards which was my only concern that they may not. Only dissatisfaction is the fact they are not open more.
