The only reason I ever had to endure the long wait times and poor service is to get a side of delicious flamethrower sauce to dip my fries in. Was told today they no longer can do that. Its not a company policy, as I've never had a problem anywhere before when they charge you 75 cents or whatever for a little cup of the sauce, so for whatever reason the owner of this specific store chose not to offer this incredibly simple option. There is now no reason to ever go here, since anything else on their menu can be had at culvers without the bad attitude. Seeing as how this location is constantly closed anyway it may be a sign they are finally circling the drain. Hopefully whoever buys it after the current owner files for bankruptcy has the decency to train their staff in basic customer service, and offer the simple task of squirting some sauce into a cup. Let me know when it's under new ownership.

The hours are changed due to new owners -Dq employee

I stopped in on June 25 a middle age man was at the counter. He was actually unbelievably rude to me my 8 10 year old granddaughters. He kept repeating very loudly to them “I said what size “? Over over. When one asked for a Coke he actually hollered “we only have Pepsi products”! A 7-year old isn’t going to know what that means. They turned to me with a scared look on their faces. I couldn’t believe how he was treating all the customers. I refuse to go back there again.

We had just pulled in the parking lot when they closed the lobby at 430pm on June 21, 2024 I called and asked them if I could come in and pick out a birthday cake for my son. The lady said no you have to go through the drive through went through the drive through, not a nice cake the writing we asked for looks like a 5 years writing didn't ask if we wanted it wrote in frosting or gel. Over all if there weren't people behind me they would have been refunding me! WORST SERVICE N CAKE EVER!!!! If I could leave a 0 star I would not a happy customer

Zero stars. I order a plain cheeseburger meal. Got one with everything. When I took in they would not give me the right order. So I pain for fries, drink and sundae. Poor management at night. So disgusted.
