Just a small little mom and pop place. The food was really good!

I ordered online and when I arrived at the store they did not have my food. They had charged my card and then said I must have ordered over door dash. They refused to give back my money or allow me to have any contact with a manager. They treated me rudely last night and again today. I have went to our hero for decades and after this kind of treatment I will never return! Their website offered online ordering I ordered it confirmed my order, charged my account but they refused to give me my food. If you don’t take orders online don’t have a place to order online!
