The lady has enjoyed us with specialties mentonnaise in a dish she has made us taste about ten products (salted) like eggplants and stuffed zucchini, rustic blettes, vegetables quenelles etc. and finally an excellent jam pie
A nice and helpful lady would have liked to offer us local specialties but we arrived a little late compared to the time of lunch, however we were very happy with the dish that she prepared on site, because she made us taste one of her pies at this moment raspberry house all included in the good that we had with the hotel reservation, really recommended for a typical lunch but without too much pretensions. You also have the option to book lunch or dinner in the partner hotel (hotel riviera.)
We tasted a dish composed of a series of niçoise specialties that was delivered directly to the hotel riviera, where we were invited. Remembering the name of the specialties is impossible. Maybe one of them was the ****. the lady of "u barba juan" (uncle giovanni, nizzardo,) is very nice and speaks an excellent Italian.
