Chick-fil-a - Mentor

The staff was really friendly and pleasant. The food was delicious as always.

I have dined at this restaurant before, but not on this occasion. I must say, I was impressed by how friendly and efficient the Chik-fil-A workers were as I interacted with them while ordering. The staff definitely deserves a 10/10 rating.

I recently visited the Chick-fil-A location at the Mentor Mall and placed an order. When I took a bite, I discovered a worker's charm bracelet in the packaging. I informed the staff but they did not take any action, and the manager did not even apologize. I will not be returning to this location. It's important to be wary of unusual objects in your food at Chick-fil-A.

I was here at lunchtime. eating was fresh and hot. really good best Tussi-Fila I had in the time.

I have visited twice and was told the fryer is down to make spicy chicken. Staff was still friendly but couldn’t order food.
