Domino's Pizza - Mentor

I really enjoy their food, and the prices are excellent as well. I only had one negative experience with an older gentleman who was working there, but I assume he was just having a rough day.

I had my pizza delivered quickly and it arrived hot. My delivery driver, Ryan, was very friendly and professional!

I ordered some cheesy bread, and the tracker indicated it was ready. Since I live 15 minutes away, I headed to the store. However, when I arrived, the cheesy bread wasn't even prepared, and there was only one employee working inside. The supervisor or owner really needs to address this situation as soon as possible.

Tyler is such a good delivery driver! He was 15 mins early and my pepperoni pizza was hot and so delicious. 10/10 recommend. He had also did 3 flips and splits when he walked away, such a good show!

I have meetings with my crew leads every Friday night, 4 of the last 5 weeks we?ve ordered Dominos from the Center Street location with terrible success. First week the pizza was 30 minutes late from an online order that I placed 1.5 hours inadvance, manager said ?didn?t know it was a timed order?. Pizza obviously no longer hot or even warm for that matter. Secondweek it was 40 minutes late, when I called to find out why it was late they said the driver got stuck in the snow in a driveway.It wasn?t even snowing that day. Third week it was 20 minute late, the driver did not read the notes I put in the order and Ihad to walk across a 500,000 sq foot warehouse to get to the door they were parked at. Fourth week we ordered from a local placeand they delivered a hot pizza earlier than promised. Today was the final straw. Tried Dominos again, over 30 minutes late.Manager says the driver got in an accident and the manager was going to pick it up and bring it. 10 minutes later the managercalls back saying the police won?t let them get the pizza from the driver. Was the pizza an eye witness to the accident??? Thenwe were told it would be 2 hours to get a replacement to which we said no thanks cancel the order. Worst pizza place I?ve everdealt with. I?ve deleted the app off my phone and unsubscribed from Dominos emails. What a joke. Can?t see that location stayingopen much longer.
