Don?t bother wasting your money here. Not only will you get your order messed up, but you?ll also get a nasty attitude when you ask for it to be fixed. If you?re looking to get Dunkin?, take the extra 10 minutes to go to the one on Lakeshore at Mentor onthe lake. Trust me, you?re better for it. I would give 0 stars if I could, but I had to pick one so I could give you thiswarning.

I had a wonderful experience with the service from the staff during my visit this morning.

I wouldn't recommend spending your money at this place. Not only will your order likely be incorrect, but you'll also encounter a rude attitude if you ask for a correction. If you're craving Dunkin', it's worth it to take an extra 10 minutes to go to the location on Lakeshore at Mentor on the Lake. You’ll be much better off. If I could rate it zero stars, I would, but I had to select one star just to share this warning.

I ordered a medium latte, but I only received half a cup, and it tasted terrible. Communication was difficult, and the woman at the window didn’t even acknowledge me. The sandwich I ordered was cold and unappetizing. I won't be returning to this location—I've wasted $8.75 on this experience.
