I spent nearly $14 on two drinks, but the experience was frustrating. The woman who took my order was difficult to understand, and it felt like she was reluctant to let me customize my drink the way I wanted. She told me she couldn’t make it that way.

The drive-through lane at this restaurant is frustratingly slow, and it’s inconvenient for those of us who prefer to walk in and pick up our mobile orders. They really need to open the store for in-person service. It’s absurd to have to wait for cars to move just to collect an order placed in advance.

Hello everyone, I urge you to consider boycotting this chain of stores, as it's one of the few ways to combat their greed and exploitation. I recently attempted to buy some doughnut holes for my kids and their friends, and was shocked to find they are now charging $8 for 25! Just take a moment to reflect on how absurd this situation has become. It's time to stand up against these greedy corporations because they will continue to take as much as we allow them.

Don?t bother wasting your money here. Not only will you get your order messed up, but you?ll also get a nasty attitude when you ask for it to be fixed. If you?re looking to get Dunkin?, take the extra 10 minutes to go to the one on Lakeshore at Mentor onthe lake. Trust me, you?re better for it. I would give 0 stars if I could, but I had to pick one so I could give you thiswarning.
