My father was French and used to say that a day without bread is a day without the sun. I was brought up to appreciate good bread. I recently tried their rustic sourdough bread for the first time and it was fantastic: hearty, flavorful, and dense. It reminded me of the bread I grew up eating in France. I cannot thank them enough for their bread – it is exceptional!
