The great staff was enthusiastic and helpful. The baked perch fruit was simple, but delicious. Old fashions were skillful and amazing. We had a big party with children all enjoyed. It is another great WI city bar with good food.
So, my husband and I wanted to fill the food tank and stumble on this lil gem. The owner/guard was welcoming and very friendly. The food was great and the ole fashions were amazing. If we come to Mequon next, we'll be sure to see you again! Good luck with your little boy Kim!
Above the hills and far away, lies this hole and corner treasure! Really a charming place. Sometimes the most accountable and mythical things in this world have a very tangible goal. In this case it is Fox Den Tavern and Grill, 10631 W Freistadt Rd, Mequon, WI 53097. And this legendary fairy tale turned out to be idyllic! A great eclectic menu with a central comfort eating theme. I had amazing tacos and glorious Scottish eggs. I look forward to Korean tacos and foot Long Corn Dogs. Drinks are strong and everything is cheap. Cool customers. More people should go here, but not too many. It's the end of the rainbow. It's so classic that it's romantic. Sometimes food and love are interchangeable. More Country Girl than City Boy, it reminds me of the Led Zeppelin song... Hey, lady, you have the love I need, maybe more than enough. Oh, Darling... run with me for a while, you have so much... Many have loved me Many times have been bitten Many times I have 've gazed along the open road. Many times I have lied Many times I have listened Many times I wondered how much to know. Many dreams come true and some have silver lining that I live for my dream and a flashlight of gold. Mellow is the man who knows what he missed. Many men cannot see the open road. A lot is a word that only lets you guess one thing you should really know, ooh! You should really know... or the Tolkien poem names... I leapt o’er the stream and I sped out of joy, For Tinfang Warble it was that played; I must follow the Hoot of his twilight flute About Reed, about rush, under branch, over root, And over dimming fields and through rusting grasses This murmur and nod goes like the old Elf, Over old hills and far away where the harps of the Elvenfolk play soft. — J.R.R. Tolkien Drive quickly here.
