Hunan - Merced

I only found out about this restaurant about a year ago and my first impression of it was: WOW!! I highly recommend their pot stickers and combination chow mien. I have tried many different dishes as well (from broccoli beef to egg foo yung) and I have to say that I am never disappointed. They are extremely cheap and have quality food for the price! I love their lunch hour because they give you soup, an appetizer, and one plate with a side and an entree that is very filling. For dinner they have the family-style plates so that you can share your choice of entree with your family. I definitely recommend this place, they won't disappoint!!

The ambiance was delightful with nice music playing and friendly staff who can speak both English and Chinese. The food was decent but not particularly exciting. I would consider going back again. The restaurant is actually a renovated house, and the food appeared to be fresh. However, the sweet and sour soup was a tad too salty for my liking.

This is my favorite place to go. I try something different every time I go. The waitress is really friendly the chef always greats me when I enter and they both are great people. The prices are great, so is the food.

The service is quick, and the staff is friendly. The lunch menu is affordable, and the sweet and sour chicken is consistently delicious.

The food was fantastic and the wait staff were friendly. The restaurant is not a formal setting.
