Food is very good and plentiful (have the pork chops with eggs, oash brews, biscuit bread--- enough for the remaining small breakfast tomorrow)! Only complaint: my food was lukewarm (but still delicious). The cakes also looked at - a piece of Pecan Pier (delict). Piece by piece or whole.
Beef soup was amazing, love the fresh crispy vegetables, delicate beef and the broth was around. From me we have a beacon of Hamburg with cheese, not ate, but tasted the meat, delivered a mouth full of genuine meat strength and moisture to the point. My daughter had a beef dip with pommes, the pommes were large and fully boiled, wonderfully made. My great Dauther had a crosaunt sandwich she loved. But...if you want to be disappointed, don't order the 1/2 sandwiches, big nononononono..just.
Wow! I forgot how amazing the food is here in Paul? Place. I'll just start saying that the scrambled egg was exactly as prepared as I like it, with butter. I had the Ham and Eggs breakfast with Country Potatoes and a cookie and Gravy. The Biscuit and the Gravy passed my breakfast test. The biscuit was thick and the Gravy had great taste. I have amazing service of Suzanne (Suzzy) which is super friendly and professional! I also had black coffee and a big orange juice. The orange juice portion was massive! The shares are generally good here. Suzanne kept my coffee full, which is very important to me.
Were forced to wait despite clearly visible open tables, then finally sat at one of these open tables. Side salad was pathetic with all two cucumber slices, a precious few ointments of carrots and mixed greens, which was mainly iceberg. Garlicries were edible, but most of them were undercooked. A waffle and ham plate came out cold. Always asked for additional napkins on at least two different servers, and they were never brought. My wife went to pay and was not ignored by one but two employees. Burger was good, so rating was not even lower.
This was a really nice place for lunch. I took my brothers here for lunch, my younger brother is autistic, and they were very kind to him. He can get a little loud and the waitress Thelma was very kind. The food was good too.
